Shipping policy

Frontline Laser Design aims to process and dispatch all standard orders within 2–4 working days. Bespoke and custom products are made to order and will be dispatched within 2 weeks. Some complex or high‑detail items may require additional time; if so, this will be communicated to the customer before production begins.

All orders are shipped using reputable UK courier services. Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Frontline Laser Design is not liable for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, industrial action, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot accept liability for lost, delayed, or undelivered items resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. Tracking information will be provided where available. Any issues with delivery must be reported to us within a reasonable timeframe so we can assist where possible.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Shipping Policy and acknowledges that production and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the nature of the order.
