1. What products do you engrave?
I engrave a wide range of items including coins, plaques, tumblers, medals, key rings, slate, wood, acrylic, and bespoke products. If you have something unique in mind, just get in touch and I’ll let you know if it’s suitable for engraving.
2. Are you officially licensed for MOD & Regimental branding?
Yes — Frontline Laser Design is officially licensed MOD & Regimental branding provider, meaning I can legally and accurately engrave military cap badges, emblems, and regimental artwork.
3. How do I place an order?
Simply follow my four‑stage process: choose your product, send your design, approve your digital proof, and make payment. Once payment is received, I begin production immediately.
4. Where do I send my design or ideas?
You can email your design, text, logos, cap badges, or ideas directly to info@frontlinelaserdesign.com. Even a rough sketch is fine — I’ll help refine it.
5. Can you help me create a design if I’m not sure what I want?
Absolutely. If you only have a concept or theme, I can help shape it into a clean, professional engraving layout and provide a digital proof for approval.
6. How long does engraving take?
Turnaround times can be discussed during your initial contact, and I will always do my best to get your item completed and dispatched within 5 working days. If you’re planning bulk orders for military events, reunions, promotional products, or business functions, I recommend getting in touch 2–3 months in advance, this gives us plenty of time to design, order materials, and complete engraving to a high standard.
7. Do you offer bulk or event‑specific orders?
Yes — I can support bulk orders for promotional products, military events, regimental reunions, and business functions. If you’re planning a larger order, please contact us so we can discuss your requirements in detail. For event‑specific or high‑volume projects, I recommend getting in touch 2–3 months in advance to allow time for design, ordering materials, and engraving.
8. Do you ship orders or offer collection?
I offer both. Items can be securely shipped across the UK, or collected locally if preferred. Shipping costs are confirmed during the ordering process.
9. Can you engrave copyrighted or trademarked images?
No — I cannot engrave copyrighted or trademarked images. MOD and Regimental imagery is fully covered under my official licensing, so I can legally and accurately engrave cap badges, emblems, and regimental designs.
10. How do I pay for my order?
You can purchase standard products directly through my website and pay securely using the online cart system. If you have a bespoke design or you’re placing a bulk order, I’ll send you an invoice once your digital proof is approved, and payment can then be made via bank transfer before production begins.
